Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is applied for the design and evaluation of complex structures and systems, providing an accurate prediction of a component's response; Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis is employed for calculating detailed heat transfer rate, temperature distribution, and pressure drop of single- or multi-phase flows in vessels, pipes, heat exchangers, and other equipment; Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is also used for evaluating the Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI).
PSDESIGN® provides high quality, professional engineer stamped Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) services for Structural Analysis (static and dynamic), Pipe Stress Analysis (static, dynamic, and thermal analysis), Heat Transfer Analysis (static and transient), and Fluid Flow Analysis (single- or multi-phase) through commercial packages - Ansys, Fluent, Algor, and CEASAR II.
PSDESIGN® is distinguished from the other engineering providers through better understanding of the physical essence / nature of the problem. Our Finite Element Analysis (FEA) / Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) group is staffed with three PhDs in civil and mechanical engineering, six MSs in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, and in other fields. Among them, three are Professional Engineers (PE) registered in multiple states.
